What a friday night!
I was suppose to go for tuition at Pasir Ris in the evening, but student cancelled it only when i left my house.
What to do when I am already out?
I went to popular to do some reading, then when I am about to leave it was about 7pm.
I decided to cook my own dinner! =D

I went to Fair Price to shop for the ingredients.
I prefer Cold Storage though, but Yishun's Cold Storage closed down and will be open when the new extension of North Point is ready.

I decided to cook Spaghetti for tonight! =D

Here are the ingredients:

Pasta

Prego Spaghetti Sauce

Heinz Black Pepper Tuna

Red Chilli Padi and Sliced Chicken Fillet and Prawns

It is not difficult to prepare a meal at home, especially for 1 person only.

Here are the steps for Spicy Chicken Pasta:
1. Boil water to cook the pasta. Boil the pasta for 7mins. *perfect timing*
2. Add a little margarine to stir-fry chicken fillet and prawns. Stir-fry till chicken strips are cooked and not golden brown. Put them into a small bowl for later use.
3. Add 2 tablespoon  of water onto saucepan. Stir in 3-4 tablespoon of pasta sauce. Add salt to taste and add in chilli padi.
4. Add in chicken strips to simmer with the sauce.
5. Add in Pasta to stir-fry everything together.
6. Ready to serve.

Here are the steps for Black Pepper Tuna Pasta:
1. Add 2 tablespoon of water onto saucepan and pour in the can of black pepper tuna to stir-fry.
2. Stir the water and tuna till it is well mixed.
3. Stir-fry the pasta and black pepper tuna together till pasta is heated. * add in some water if the black pepper sauce is dry*
4. Ready to serve.

Here is how the final product will look like.

TAADAAH!!! =D

I present to you the "Pro Duo Pasta".

The left side which is more reddish in colour is the Spicy Chicken Pasta and on the right which is darker in colour is Black Pepper Tuna Pasta.
On top are the prawns to act as a garnish to it but i think this dish is lack of some green colour. Forget to buy parsley. But I don't eat. So buy also no use. =P

I named it PRO DUO PASTA is because they are both very spicy and the are 2 types of meat, chicken and tuna!
This 2 style match together is the perfect duo match! =D

This is how I spent my time when I am free and HUNGRY! Hah!

Today's training was so shag!!!
I wanna die during the training!!!
Well... I still managed to strive through it! No matter how difficult it was! =D

We ran 5km, own time own target. But I forget to take my own timing. =(
I was running at a steady phase until the 4-5 round, I really can not take it anymore as I got asthmatic so my stamina is not very good.
I am very grateful to Joanne and Beverly as they really encouraged me a lot!
Beverly even go to the extend of running with me and kept telling me not to give up!
In the end I am the 3rd among the 12 guys. =D

After that is weight training.
Then we proceeded to do 50 pull-ups, which is to complete within 12mins.
I was the last one to finish and I feel very weak. After every set we need to do 10 push-ups when we come down from the pull-up bar. I got no more strength to do those push ups.
I was the last person to complete the pull-ups.
I was so sad and disappointed of myself.
BUT! I am very happy and appreciative towards my teammates as they encouraged me and they even do the push-ups with me together without leaving me behind.
We usually do this when there are last man whom can not finish on time.
Now, I feel what is it like to be the last man to finish pull-ups as I was never the last to do so.
From this I also feel how important, significant and powerful and such a team encouragement can be.
Though you are the last, but you know that you are never alone.


In life, we all go through ups and downs.
We all have been the first or top of something in the things that we did.
Never look down on others and you will not know when that person will catch up with you if you are the first for now.


Thank you guys for everything today!!
Training is though!
BUT!
Though time don't last and though man last!


Never say "never".
